When this shelter in place order is lifted will we follow the known advice of keeping ourselves healthy or go back to our unhealthy habits of not working out.not taking care of our health. and following an unhealthy diet. when my son asked this weekend for family time with me and chie.It made me take a look at my work/life balance.It made me realize I work a lot and have no regrets about it.

I just finished reading this very Interesting book by Napolean Hill,which you would know his first book called "think and grow rich". The name of this book is named "outwitting the devil" it made so clear why 2% win and 98% lose.people are convinced that their daily bad habits are just that,because 98% do the same,when they are really tricks of the devil,to make you not focus.
